CreationQc
CreationQc wants to ensure the
quality of its products and
services, if you are unhappy
with your printing order we will
do it again for free. Indeed,
CreationQc is proud of its
commitment to satisfy all its
customers. However, certain
circumstances are beyond our
control. Thank you note that we
can not be held liable:
· Errors in spelling,
punctuation or grammar made by
our customers.

resolution files transmitted.
· Errors graphic design caused
by the customer during the
process of creating the
document. For example, for
non-bleed line.
· Errors in the choice of

not check documents created by
its customers prior to printing,

CreationQc. The customer has the

Quality and production time
CreationQc guaranteed quality
materials and printing to meet
and exceed standards. CreationQc
supports its products 100%! All
projects will be treated

production once customer

CreationQc is aware that the
deadlines are very important,
and the production of your
project will be provided in

The regular production time
begins upon acceptance of the
print files by sending the
customer a confirmation email.
CreationQc sends each print
project for an email
confirmation stating that the
order is in production.
CreationQc is not responsible
for delays related to poor
communication computer. If you
have not received a confirmation
email CreationQc, please contact
one of our representatives at
the earliest. Once CreationQc
sends the email order
confirmation, it is impossible
to change or cancel the order.
Also, CreationQc can not be
responsible for the transport
time directed by one third. If a
parcel is lost or stolen during
transit or the carrier fails to
meet its commitments, your only
recourse is to call the carrier.
Converting files to CMYK (CMYK)
It is preferable to perform the
conversion to CMYK (CMYK) before
sending your documents to
CreationQc because some colors
can drastically change the RGB
(RGB) to CMYK (CMYK). Moreover,
different printers have
different conversion profiles,
which can bring problems with
the reprinting of the document.
To avoid surprises and to stay
in full control of your
documents, it is better to do
this conversion yourself.
CreationQc can convert files
with a minimum charge of $ 10
per batch printed, costs must be
approved by the customer before
starting the conversion.
For your information, it is
advisable to use a CMYK color
saturation exceeding 240%, the
maximum being 400% (CMYK:
100,100,100,100). Using too much
ink brings different problems of
super saturation such that burrs
and blurry text. CreationQc is
released from all
responsibilities of a bad
impression of file containing a
color saturation of 240% or
more.
Size, resolution and bleed
· The assembly must be done in
CMYK, not RGB. For impressions
combo, no Pantone color, no
metallic ink, unless otherwise
CreationQc.
· Mount the file resolution of
300 dpi minimum, preferably in
vector.
· In Illustrator, you should
never use the 'Overprint', no
matter the reason.
· In Illustrator, all images
must be incorporated into
assemblies
(embed image), the text must be
completely scalable (create
outline).
· In Illustrator, There should
be no transparency in the file.
Always add an opaque background.
For a print with white
background, add a white layer of
the exact size (2.25 x 3.75
inches for the regular business
cards).
· In Photoshop, all
transparencies must be flattened
(flatten image).
· In Illustrator, when you want
to make a color gradient,
instead reduce the density of
color.
· The front and back of your
artwork should be on 2 separate
files with the bleed. Do not cut
lines or marks from the
register.
· If you want to put the same
visual on the front and back of
your files, you must notify us
when ordering. If you send only
one file and prints the
CreationQc sided, you can not
refuse the order.
· Dimensions specified in the
order are final. After printing
and cutting, your hardware will
be exactly those dimensions.
· When your design, add bleed
(bleed) 1 / 8 (0.0125) inch all
around. The width and height of
the file will be sent by 1 / 4
(0.250) inch larger than
dimensions finals. In addition,
the file should include a safety
margin within 1 / 8 (0.125) inch
all around. This is to give some
leeway when cutting. For
example: if your final equipment
must be 4 "x 6", the file sent
is 4.25 "x 6.25" and all
relevant information must be
inside a secure area of 3.75 "x
5.75".
Accuracy of cutting
A variation of the position of
cutting 1 / 8 (0.125) inch
margins may be visible since the
manufacturing process is carried
out in the paper packet and
moves slightly with the pressure
of the knife blade. We consider
a cut line which is within safe
margins of 1 / 8 (0.125) inch on
each side of the file sent (see
our on bleed and bleed). No work
may be refused if information

use part of your graphic
editing, since the variation of

Colors
The CMYK process colors used in
offset press may vary slightly
from one printing to another, a

CreationQc is released from all
responsibilities of these color
variations up to 6%. Note that a
computer monitor works in RGB
mode (RGB), which is opposite to
the CMYK (CMYK). Therefore, even
if your screen is calibrated, it
is impossible to guarantee that
the colors seen on the screen is
the same as those printed.
Do not compare a test conducted
in digital printing
(professional or domestic) to
print on offset press. In

may influence the color
rendering: the type and color of
the paper wealth of CMYK colors
selected (eg a black 0,0,0,100
versus black 30,30,30, 100), the
type of lamination. Rolling
gives a matte finish softer
colors, while the cold rolling
gives a more vivid colors. It is
noteworthy that the Enviro 100
paper, printed with 100%
vegetable inks gives color
rendering completely different
from regular paper with satin
varnish. In order of importance,
we recommend printing a test on
the same press and with the same
paper to validate the result. We
can achieve accurate test

Files accepted
We advocate the use. Pdf file
(Acrobat) for printing stored
without compression. We also
accept file types: EPS -. TIFF
(PC) -. JPG (PC) in CMYK mode
with a minimum resolution of 300
dpi. You can also send other
file types (Office suite,
Photoshop, Illustrator) and have
them checked and converted to a
minimum charge of $ 15 per batch

by the client before start

Quantities
CreationQc reserves the right to
ship plus or minus 10% of the
order. A command supplied with
more than 90% of units comply is
deemed complete. For an order
requiring a specific number of
units shipped, such as a
mailing, please notify us when
ordering. We will confirm if it
is possible to perform the work
at cost amount or if we print a
larger amount to cover losses in
production and set the
additional cost if applicable.
CreationQc offers the
possibility of separating the
control packet, please contact
one of our representative to
know the cost associated with
separation.
Cancellation of orders
It is impossible to cancel an
order after receiving files from
CreationQc. Our system makes the
imposition of your project
automatically, and it is not
possible to obtain a refund for
the work of plates and prepress
work involved.
Delivery of orders
CreationQc contact you once your
order is completed. The client
can take possession of his order
to one of our offices (Montreal
East or South Shore to our
regular business hours.
CreationQc also carries the
expedition, several shipping
service are available:
CreationQc delivery, delivery by
a third company, or other
EXPEDIBUS. Please specify when
ordering to where you want to
take possession of your
equipment or the type of
delivery desired, we will
confirm the delivery cost
associated.
In the event that the customer
takes possession himself of his
command, CreationQc will keep
for a maximum period of 15 days.
Moreover, CreationQc require
full payment 1 days after the
completion of the reception.
Payments and fees
Types of payments accepted by
CreationQc: credit card, Paypal,
certified check, money order,
cash, bank transfer (Bank of
Montreal: 001 Branch: 01,691

Union. Please send your check to
the attention of CreationQc
Communication and mention the
invoice number on your check.
All orders are payable in full
upon receipt. For orders
shipped, the invoice must be
paid in full before shipment.
Sales taxes apply to all
governmental orders, according
to the rate in force, unless the
customer provides a written
certificate of exemption. Prices
shown are in Canadian dollars,
taxes extra. Prices of products
and services are subject to
change without notice. A written
submission is valid 30 days,
unless otherwise indicated.
Payment with a regular check
(not certified) of $ 300 or more
require a processing time of 7
days, CreationQc canned goods
during this period to ensure the
compensation payment. It should
be noted that for a deposit in
excess of $ 300 within 7 days of
treatment will be applied before
starting the project or
printing. To expedite the
process, please use a certified
check or another of our types of
immediate payment. All NSF
checks involves an
administrative fee of $ 75.
Deposit
For new customers or orders
exceeding $ 300.00, a deposit of
75% to 100% will be required to
pass the command to press.
CreationQc also request a
deposit to start a computer
graphics project, the deposit
amount varies depending on the
size of the project.
Lots of prepaid card business
It is possible to buy a package
set of cards business, this
allows OPTEN a fixed price for
each lot less controlled, with
no minimum quantity per order.
The package is activated when
the first order, no refund is
possible after the date of the
first order. A pass to a
lifetime of 6 months from the
date of the first order, the
package expires after that date,
the unused remaining lots are
lost, without reimbursement or
compensation of any kind. Before
the date of Maturity of a
package, it is possible to buy a
new package, this is the only
way to keep the lots for the
unused period of use of the new
package (6 months). CreationQc
offers several types of
packages, please contact one of
our representative for more
details.
Responsibilities of the
representative
Note that any person confirming
the order under the name of your
company is considered as your
representative in the
transaction. We take for granted
that this person was authorized
to transact on your behalf and
is liable at any point of order
and / or errors incurred.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final and
therefore not reimbursable. By
cons, if CreationQc has not
responded to its commitment to
guarantee satisfaction on
quality products and service
that is outside the normal
constraints described above, the
client must signal the error in
writing within 7 days . The
customer must then return the
entire order at his expense,
within 15 days. CreationQc
analyze the problem and make a
decision on how best to resolve
the situation. Any resumption of
a free command must first be
approved by a representative of
CreationQc an authorization
number is then assigned back to
the client.
Derogation
Any acceptance of waiver or
modification to these terms and
conditions must be confirmed in
writing by a representative
CreationQc.
Please note that prices will be
valid email than 30 days after
sending one of our
representatives.
